Delete your Rankeado account
This action is irreversible. We will delete your account and linked data as described below.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Rankeado and sign in.
- Go to
Profile → Delete account. - Confirm deletion.
If your session is old, the app may ask you to sign in again.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app, write from your registered email address:
info@handfivetech.com
We process requests within 7 business days.
Data we delete
- Firebase Authentication account.
- Profile and personal information.
- Linked game accounts and stored statistics.
- Posts, friendlies, applications, teams, contacts, and notifications.
- Linked chats; some messages may remain visible to other participants for up to 30 days before being purged or anonymized.
Data we may retain
- Operational logs without direct personal identifiers for up to 90 days.
- Information required by legal, tax, or security obligations.
