Rankeado ("the app", "we") is an independent community-developed mobile application. It is not affiliated with Electronic Arts or Riot Games.
1. Data we collect
- Account: email, username, and credentials securely managed by Firebase Authentication.
- Profile: date of birth, country, province, platform, gaming schedule, bio, Discord, and information you enter manually.
- EA SPORTS FC: club, player, and statistics obtained from EA's public services. We never access your EA credentials.
- League of Legends: Riot ID, PUUID, summoner identifiers, región, profile icon, level, rank, masteries, challenges, and recent-match aggregates obtained through Riot's API. To verify that you control an account, we may temporarily ask you to change its summoner icon. We never request your Riot password.
- Rankeado activity: chats, LFG posts, friendlies, applications, teams, and contacts.
- Device and ads: AdMob may collect your advertising identifier and device information according to your permissions.
2. How we use data
- Create and maintain your account and profile.
- Verify game accounts and display statistics, progress, and rankings.
- Connect you with players through posts, teams, contacts, and chats.
- Send relevant notifications and protect the service from abuse.
- Display ads that support the service.
3. Providers and data sharing
- Firebase (Google): authentication, database, functions, storage, and notifications.
- Google AdMob: advertising.
- Electronic Arts: we request public club and player data.
- Riot Games: we query its API using the Riot ID or identifiers of the linked account. Rankeado's API key remains on our servers.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention and caching
We retain profiles and statistics as needed to operate the app and reduce calls to providers. Recent cached data may be displayed while an external service is unavailable. When you delete your account, we begin deleting linked information within 30 days, except where the law requires retention.
5. Your rights
You can edit your information in the app and delete your account through Profile → Delete account or this page.
6. Children
Rankeado is not directed to children under 13. We will delete accounts when we learn that they belong to children under that age.
7. Security
Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS and Firebase data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted: administrators may access them for technical, support, or legal reasons. Do not share passwords, banking information, or personal documents.
8. Changes
We will communicate material changes through the app or this website.
